This Privacy Policy has been created to demonstrate New Image Drycleaners commitment to protecting our customer's personal information and complying with the Privacy Act 1988 Commonwealth (Privacy Act), along with other Australian States and Territory laws governing the use of personal information, and how personal information is to be handled in terms of collection, use and disclosure, storage, access and disposal.

The type of personal information the Association collects will depend upon your dealings with us. We may collect personal information when you:

  • - Make an enquiry with the New Image Drycleaners (via email, phone or web form).
  • - Register to subscribe to any newsletter through the New Image Dry Cleaner's website, Social Media or other online digital campaigns.
  • - Book a laundry service with us.

How we use and disclose your personal information

New Image Dry Cleaners may use personal details in any of the following ways:

  • - Responding to and fulfilling requests for our services

Your personal information will only be viewed by New Image Dry Cleaners staff and contractors.

Other Important Terms

This contract is between you (individual named on the invoice docket) and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.

Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

This Contract is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of WA, and each of the Parties submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction there.
